Today’s Run: Getting Nervous…

Big run in the morning!  I think we’re up to 21 or 22 miles.  Gulp.  I’m trying to step up my nutrition big time and will be eating a nice, well-rounded dinner this evening.  My lunch consisted of almonds, raisins, and 4 mini twixes.  Okay, 5 mini twixes.  I need to get on track or I’ll be toast tomorrow!  Also drinking buckets of water since it’s probably gonna be hot out there.  Can’t decide what I’ll be listening to, although I must say I’m SUPER bummed that iTunes has not added any additional celebrity podcasts lately. Those really ruled!  I want to make one of my own (a civilian podcast, duh, not a celebrity one!) and focus on my favorite running jams. Make that 6 mini twixes.   For some reason I haven’t been able to post songs to my Tumblr which is lame.  I gotta fix that.  Okay, 6 mini twixes and a mini milky way.
