I usually don’t count half miles but I also usually don’t run 5 so there’s a first time for everything. It was along the Embarcadero after work and I’d had WAY too much pizza all afternoon. I did not feel very good at all. I really need to stop it with the eating too much before my runs. It slows me way down and just feels sad. I need to really work on that before the marathon because I know I’ll be tempted to go hog wild like I did last year. Ick.
