I ran 4 miles a today. Pretty standard stuff. I’m getting antsy about the race and worried already about being too heavy and slow and not pushing myself enough. I think downloading Janet Jackson’s Rhythm Nation will help a bunch as will the support of my pals buddies and friend on race day. Every time I listen to a song off of Rhythm Nation I’m surprised how I remember EVERY dance move from those videos and EVERY old cheerleading routine from junior high. It’s great stuff to occupy your brain when you’re running.
